My Story
My story is one of rebuilding after disruption. Living with cerebral palsy and epilepsy from childhood and later navigating a life-altering spinal cord injury in 2009, I know what it means to adapt when life changes without permission.
Through faith, reflection, and structured growth, I discovered that rebuilding is possible — even when everything feels altered. That lived experience shapes how I walk alongside others as they rebuild.
I didn't build Rise Again Coaching from a textbook. I built it from the trenches — from hospital beds, from moments of doubt, and from the stubborn belief that God wasn't done with me yet. And He's not done with you either.
